Phase 2: After the new Ambassador has completed the assigned tasks in Welcome Letter.  Follow-up within a week of sending the Welcome Letter if they have not communicated that they are ready for the one-on-one training.

  Questions regarding products 
  Questions regarding the Comp Plan 
  Communicate importance of directing customers 
  Communicate importance of training ambassadors and duplication

  Back Office Tutorial (Reports, New Order, Add Widget, Back-up Order Management, Resources)
  Team Page Tutorial (how to search topics, add new ambassadors and find files)
  Set Plan of Action for first step in achieving goals
  Encourage Business Cards and Plexus Catalogs
  Weekly Opportunity Calls (1-218-862-7200, Code: 610844)
  Communicate that it is okay to work this business before you feel knowledgeable about the products and business.  The fastest way up the learning curve is to jump in and start doing it!   Work it part-time, but not sometimes…CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!
 Communicate that they are not alone and have me as their mentor and support.  Success will depend on them, but I will help every step of the way.
