Tips and suggestions:
1)   START SLOWLY! How to use the products:  http://www.training4diamond.com/using-the-products.html
2)   TAKE BOOST or ACCELERATOR+ after eating! Don't take on an empty stomach!
3)   EAT SMARTER! Watch your carb intake... watch your portions. Make sure you're eating enough ... but not too much. Don't skip breakfast, even if it's just a protein bar or Plexus 96.
4)   BE CONSISTENT! Take the products every day! You can't expect results if you're not being consistent.
5)   MAKE SURE TO DRINK ALL YOUR WATER EVERYDAY!
6)   BE PATIENT! You may see results quickly or it may take a few months. Inches typically come off before weight. It takes time to heal your body from the inside out.

No shakes or meal replacements! You get to eat NORMAL food! That's what drew me to it! Plexus Slim is an all-natural powder made from plant extracts that comes in little packets (like Crystal Lite) that you pour into a bottle of water and drink once a day. It tastes sort of like weak cherry koolaid to me. It filters the sugar out of your liver so it never reaches your pancreas.
